TECHNOGYM is a leading Italian fitness equipment brand globally. This year, TECHNOGYM chose to hold a customer event with three key goals: strengthen customer relationships, launch a new product, and share updates on innovative training programs. The launch event featured four training sessions: AI-powered workouts integrating artificial intelligence, an app and advanced equipment allowing connection from anywhere in the world to personal and group training, a hybrid workout from TECHNOGYM studios, and unveiling the first UNIVERSE training facility.
The event took place in three main stages. Guests were welcomed with a High-end mingling experience, then guided through a surprising transition into the main space, where customers discovered an awe-inspiring equipment display inviting hands-on learning and experience, alongside professional content.
The opening lecture took place with the audience seated on unique physioballs, then we moved into a professional, high-energy demo performed by a team of experienced trainers at each station, accompanied by explanations from the brand manager direct from Italy, tailored video and music for each workout.
A launch event including building a gym posed complex technical challenges and synchronization between many elements. Beyond technical aspects, precise creative direction was required to produce a lighting scheme and dynamic transitions between display areas, while meeting timing constraints and achieving seamless synchronization. The WOW factor was fully achieved, translating into high, sustained engagement of customers.
