AllCloud’s annual customer event has become a significant tradition in recent years, a gathering that blends technological innovation, holistic service experience, and inspiring business content. This year, the company sought to highlight the importance of a 360° customer experience by integrating personal attention, professional value, and immersive brand design. The event was held at The Ray Tel Aviv, as in the previous year, but with an entirely new look and feel. AllCloud CEO Ronit Rubin opened the evening from the main stage, presenting a clear vision of authentic partnership and expressing heartfelt appreciation to the company’s valued clients.

Design

The event layout facilitated a natural flow between the outdoor space and the main hall. Personal plated gourmet service with a diverse menu encouraged seamless movement and high-quality mingling among clients, business partners, and AllCloud representatives. The design language seamlessly combined AllCloud’s brand identity with the venue’s aesthetics, using a harmonious color palette, clean typography, and smart branding elements. All of these contributed to a multi-sensory experience that elegantly conveyed the company’s core values.

Solution

One of the key challenges in producing corporate events is generating a sense of novelty within a familiar format. AllCloud aimed to create an event that was both personal and professional, emotionally engaging yet precisely executed. The solution was to blend premium content with cohesive design. Dr. Micah Goodman delivered a thought-provoking keynote titled Food for Thought, while celebrity chef Yonatan Roshfeld curated a modern culinary menu—Food for Senses, adding another rich layer to the experience. The integration of intellectual, emotional, and sensory elements produced a holistic event experience that authentically connected brand, client, and concept.
