Aims and strategy

Following success at K-Show 2022, Tosaf returned to Düsseldorf to continue establishing its position as a leader in plastic technology and service excellence. The design and production of a functional two-story pavilion was planned by the office team under the concept of “Innovation Greenhouse.” The space was adapted for intensive sales meetings in a comfortable and open environment, similar to modern material libraries. The spatial planning maximized seating areas and provided each visitor with an intimate personal listening experience, reflecting the brand’s ability to provide dedicated solutions that give customers a competitive advantage.

Design

Under the Innovation Greenhouse concept, we emphasized accessibility, innovation, and elegance, creating natural crowd flow in the space and immediate human connection. We combined natural materials, such as wood cladding and vegetation, with contemporary materials like Perspex, mesh, and multimedia solutions on walls that created dynamism and made content accessible. A special area was dedicated to interactive content – the “Wall of Fame” – which presented four worlds: PET recycling, flame retardants, barrier components, and customization solutions. Each field received focused visual expression that generated interest and highlighted the company’s unique value across the entire industry.

Solution

The Tosaf pavilion was built from a deep understanding of the target audience and the essence of the services. The combination of intimate seating areas, material richness, and interactive content created dialogue and accessibility. The space enabled meaningful sales meetings and a fascinating experience for all passersby, thanks to dynamic screens with rotating art-based content that drew the audience in. The “Gift Wall” added great interest and created smart interaction around selected gifts with a nod to the concept. Tosaf’s brand values were translated into a tangible experience: a combination of advanced technology and warm, precise personal touch. Just as Tosaf knows how to do best—delivering and solving challenges down to the smallest details. In simple words: We making it happen.
