No.5 # The Desert
Just like that, without noticing, we’re in the best time of the year for a desert event. Warm during the day and cool in the evening with a pleasant breeze. You asked for scenery and open spaces, so there’s plenty here. You can, of course, include a campfire in the evening and gather everyone with enough space between one potato and another. So when looking for an event location during COVID-19 or in general, there’s nothing like the south!
So what’s the plan? Want some intimacy and old-school Israeli vibes? There’s nothing like the combination of an Israeli artist with a guitar around the campfire and breathtaking scenery. For those seeking other thrills, the desert is the place for a cool party.
What’s to eat? This is the place to connect with local cuisine, to eat pitas on the saj with all the toppings you fantasize about. We can also simply surprise you with a cool food truck and an excellent street food menu that comes to you 4X4 straight to the location!
Recommended add-ons: A small pool, a telescope to view the Milky Way, or an excellent water fight. You’ll see you won’t want to leave.
No.4 # Top of the World
We really do mean the roof, so high you can touch the sky and run your hand through the stars. It doesn’t have to be in the center, but it should be one where you can see the big city. The open air always brings good energy and infects us with great happiness.
So what’s the plan? Chill-out music followed by a DJ band, cocktails, and food. Love to take photos? We knew, so we invited an expert in night photography with mobile phones who will teach you how to stay in focus even after a few good drinks.
What’s tasty on top of the world? Anything that fits in a cone and allows us to look good with a drink in hand.
No.3 # The Beach
Have you played with a glowing frisbee yet? Have you heard of paddle ball with an LED ball? The beach is the location that makes us all feel the concept of freedom. Probably because for a long time we lived in a world that was all ZOOM with backgrounds of a tropical beach in Thailand. In any case, this is the place for a joyful gathering, you can be together or find a spot alone. There’s enough room to spread out and the sea salt is known to clear sinuses and repel pigeons, so a little dip is like a natural vaccine against grumpiness.
So what’s the plan? A drum circle and the sound of crashing waves combined with group singing and burning torches around – let’s make some music together.
Does the sea bring an appetite? This is easy, fish, fish, fish alongside crates of beers from all the breweries you know and some you haven’t had the chance to taste yet.
Event locations during the Corona period are a rare commodity, we must think outside the box and sometimes even outside your geographical area!
Table for two # No.2
Have you heard about the restaurant for one person? Here’s a link to an article published in Time Out. The idea is intriguing. Perfect location + excellent cuisine = unforgettable experience. The meal format can be personal and impressive for your clients. A pop-up experience is a magical thing with a huge impact, mobile venues have an unexpected and bold character. They know how to reach any location as part of a campaign with a message that can’t be missed. Surprise your customers anywhere, even places they choose in advance. Pop-up experiences will become even more popular and remain relevant even after this period, because in an era where retail and hospitality spaces need to reinvent themselves, such a personal and intimate experience can shoot for the stars.No.1 # Drive-in
The eighties are here in a big way!
For those who haven’t experienced a drive-in, this is probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It’s an unparalleled event location during the Corona period. Clearly, this will be a retro experience full of chic and style. A drive-in allows hosting in a defined area where all guests are accommodated in their own vehicles, how genius yet simple. The invited community will arrive at the event and after a registration experience in valet-parking style, they will move to a pre-marked spot in front of a spectacular stage and projection screen. This format allows for a full line-up: from lectures, stand-up comedy, live performance, and any additional content according to the event brief, budget, and your brand’s DNA. The content can be heard via FM broadcasts or any other live channel of your choice. Next to each car, we’ll integrate a table for two or a designed lounging area you won’t want to leave even after the lights come on. The entire venue can undergo full branding in a festive concept full of strategy. A drive-in is a rare opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking view or stunning sunset this very summer!
