Allcloud, the high-tech company that develops advanced cloud platforms sought out to produce a kickoff event where it could introduce its innovations and forecasts for 2020. The event that was held at a short notice was the first of its kind with the business clientele and company’s investors. We put together a relevant lineup for the audience and integrated rich content that was related to the company’s values alongside superb food.
This festive evening took place in an impressive location: Hotel Setai in Jaffa that is built inside a breathtaking historical building.
We realized that Hotel Setai has already got a lot of character so we decided to assimilate gently into its rooms while accentuating our brand.
We set up a cocktail bar using black and gold which make up the colors of the brand. We also integrated light beams with the Allcloud colors in the different rooms. A display made by a balloon artist accompanied the guests in the passage between the reception and the restaurant and from there to the lecture hall. Additionally, there was also a photograph wall that merged well with the design of the place and became an attraction among the participants.
“Smart Cloud. Bright Future”, the concept of the event, framed its messages of excellence, quality content, culinary experience and exclusive atmosphere. We enjoyed creating an elegant and unexpected hands-on connection between Allcloud and the historical and unique design of the hotel.
